Hi. I’m Asha. | Female | Young Cat | Calico I would like to be very clear right away: I am helpful. Extremely helpful. Possibly too helpful. But that is a you problem, not a me problem. I am a high-energy, affectionate, very talkative young cat who firmly believes that everything my human does is a group activity. Computer work, cleaning, feeding the cats, feeding the fish, sitting down, standing up, breathing. If you’re doing it, I should be involved and offering commentary. I came to Pets4Vets with two broken hips and a broken pelvis and spent two long months on cage rest. I was very brave. Very patient. And now that I’m healed, I am reclaiming my lost time with enthusiasm, speed, and confidence. I have places to be. Mostly wherever you are. I am extremely people-oriented and I love attention. I enjoy affection, being talked to, being acknowledged, and being reminded that I am important. Silence is confusing and unnecessary. I will help fix that. I am also very sweet. I promise. I just happen to express love by supervising, following, weaving under feet, and appearing suddenly at the last second. Because of this, I am not recommended for humans with balance or fall concerns. I am fast. I am small. I make no apologies. My ideal home includes: • A human who is home often • Someone who enjoys a chatty, interactive cat • Lots of playtime and enrichment • A good sense of humor • Strong ankles If you want a quiet, independent cat who respects personal space, I wish you well... with someone else.
