Ascher's Story

Ascher is a medium long hair Gray and white kitten who was rescued from under a wood porch in October (2025). Little Ascher was immediately grateful and loving after being trapped, indicating that he had most likely been previously handled by people. He was covered in fleas and if he had not been rescued, would likely have not survived the flea infestation. Luckily, he bounced back quickly from his ordeal and is a loving, sweet kitten who is healthy and ready for his furever home. Acher is a very calm, quiet kitten who is super sweet and cuddly. He has enjoyed playing with the other foster kittens in the house, especially “Calvin” who is also ready for his furever home. Ascher and Calvin are bonded. Ascher is also accustomed to the friendly adult cats in his foster home, and is agreeable to gentle play and respect for the elders. Ascher is watchful of the older more confident cats, but is hesitant to interact. (He would rather watch from a distance.) Ascher would probably do best in a home without a dog, or small active child, as I suspect he would retreat. His approximate birthdate is 8/4/25 and he currently weighs in at just over 3 pounds (11-25). He loves toys, tissue paper, cardboard boxes, paper bags, blankets, and all objects that he can make into a fort. Ascher is a true sweetheart.

UPDATE: As “Calvin” and Ascher are truly bonded, they need to be adopted together. Please see Calvins bio for more info.
