Arti & Sable -CH's Story

This pair of girls are ready to branch out into a home. Although they aren't from the same litter, they are still "sisters" in life because they have grown up together in close quarters and have been doing all things together. Sable has such a velvety black coat with striking eyes and Arti "Miss-Miss" wears her tortie colors adorably... one tan back foot and one black. Sable is about a month older than Arti, but is more timid and takes in everything around her with cautious curiosity. She often looks to Arti for encouragement and prefers letting her take the lead on most new things. It will be important for these girls to have a patient, cat savvy adopter who is experienced in giving kitties time to "warm up" and will introduce them to a new home in the appropriate way. When they are finally familiar with their surroundings and feeling safe, they are affectionate, playful and downright silly!! They are curious about everything! Arti is the busy one... a naughty explorer who is into everything. Sable likes to find a place to sit and watch so Arti can make all the goofs first! They are WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL girls!! The adoption fee for this pair is $325. They are spayed, vaccinated, blood tested, microchipped and litterbox trained. They are current on flea & earmite treatment and dewormer. If you are interested in learning more about Sable & Artemis, please fill out an application for adoption at www.savingpetsoneatatime.org and their foster will reach out to you.
