Meet Arthur!<br/><br/>Arthur was turned in as a stray to BARC Houston and within a week was posted on the euthanasia list. This poor boy had a shoulder injury that could have potentially required amputation. However with treatment and patience his leg was saved and he is in perfect health! Arthur is extremely loving and longs to be in a home of his own. Based on his open friendless, I would guess he had a home at some point. Can you be Arthur's Christmas miracle?

All potential adopters are required to complete and sign an adoption application. Based on this application we conduct vet checks, reference checks and home checks. We typically do a property search to determine ownership as well and if a farm animal is being adopted we check for deed restrictions. All cats and dogs must be spayed/neutered prior to adoption if possible or within the timeframe specified within the adoption contract.
