Archie's Story

Archie has had a rough go lately, sadly he and his sisters were left behind when their owner moved out. Archie initially was quite shy here, and it took some time for him to come around. However, now that he has settled in he has been much more accepting of pets, talkative, and happy. Since Archie has lived with cats in the past, he would likely be willing to do so again. Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire's Adoption Policy

All adoptions are done on an appointment only basis, for specific animals. No animals have multiple families visiting them at one time, this wouldn't be fair to them or for you. Because of this, we do not book out appointment more than 24-48 hours in advance. We are CLOSED for browsing at this time to keep the stress level of the animals in our care as low as possible. Thank you for your understanding! We DONT have online applications, we prefer to have a open line of communication with our potential adopters. Our process is more educational based. Our adoption counselors will be able to tell you if the animal you're interested in will be able to go home the same day.
