Archer and Atlas's Story
Archer and Atlas are two orange and white brothers who are almost 7 months old (born June 15th). They were born to a semi feral barn cat and came into our care as kittens with their two littermates who have been adopted. At their intake it was discovered that both Archer and Atlas have grade 3 heart murmurs. We were hoping that they would grow out of it as kittens often do when they mature, but unfortunately this hasn't happened. Both boys are currently completely asymptomatic, are energetic, active and playful, and came through their recent neuters with flying colours. They have developed a bond and we are hoping that they can stay together. We are looking for a special home for them that has the willingness and the means to deal with any issues that may arise in the future. They are lovely boys who are affectionate and loving and are neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. They get along well with other cats and should be fine with respectful children and cat friendly dogs. If you feel that you may be able to give these boys the best chance at a happy life, contact us at 519-836-9780 (Monday-Friday 8am-1pm only) or by email at NHARescueguelph@gmail.com to make an appointment to meet them and ask any questions about them!
