Apollo & Adonis - bonded kittens! 's Story

Apollo – The Brave Little Heart

Apollo is a 3-month-old kitten with the softest eyes and gentle soul. He’s the kind of kitten who watches first, takes everything in, and then, little by little, steps forward with growing confidence. Every day, Apollo is learning that the world (and humans) can be safe, kind, and full of love. He has not yet been exposed to children or dogs.

Apollo is learning about affection and enjoys sharing space, spending time with you in his quiet, thoughtful way. He has discovered one of life’s great joys - kitty treats - and will happily take them straight from your hand, a small but meaningful sign of the trust he’s building.

When it’s time to play, Apollo’s goofy side shines. He loves racing through kitty tunnels, chasing toys, and especially tumbling and scampering with his brother, who gives him courage and makes the world feel less big. Watching Apollo play is pure magic - a reminder of how love and patience help a shy heart bloom.

Apollo is still coming out of his shell, but with each passing day he becomes more social, more confident, and more affectionate. He’s not just looking for a home - he’s looking for someone who will celebrate his progress, cheer for his bravery, and love him for exactly who he is.

Apollo would thrive in a calm, loving home where he can continue to grow — ideally alongside his beloved brother.

Adonis – The Fearless Little Explorer

If Apollo is the gentle heart, his brother Adonis is the bold adventurer.

This 3-month-old kitten is endlessly curious, brave, and eager to explore every corner of his world. Nothing escapes his notice - new sounds, new toys, new spaces - he wants to investigate it all. Confident and daring, he often leads the way to new adventures, none of which have yet included children or dogs.

He loves playtime just as much as he loves discovery, zooming through tunnels, climbing, pouncing, and inventing new games on the fly. His adventurous spirit is matched by a sweet side, and he finds comfort and joy in being close to his brother Apollo, whether they’re wrestling or curled up together after a big day.

Together, these two are the perfect pair. Adonis brings entertainment and excitement, while Apollo brings tenderness and trust. They truly help each other grow.

This little explorer would be happiest in a home that encourages curiosity, play, and discovery — especially if that home includes his brother by his side.

WHY THEY BELONG TOGETHER:

Apollo and Adonis share a special bond. Adonis' confidence helps Apollo feel safe, while Apollo’s gentle presence grounds his adventurous sibling. Adopting them together means:

Happier, more confident kittens
Built-in playmates
Strong social development
Double the love (and entertainment!)

They’ve already found comfort in each other — now they’re hoping to find a forever home that will love them both just as much.

If you’re looking to open your heart to two kittens who will grow, learn, and love together, Apollo and his brother are waiting for you.

Profile:

3 month old male tabby cats

Not neutered yet

They will be fully vaccinated by 1/6/26, can be done earlier if needed.

If interested please contact Christine at christine@therescueexpress.org
