Apollo came to our shelter by way of a good samaritan who found him as a stray. He was adopted quickly but returned to our shelter after suffering a urinary blockage in his new home.<br/><br/>Apollo recovered quickly BUT he blocked again and required PU surgery to save his life. Atter several months recovering in foster care, Apollo is not ready for his forever home. <br/><br/>Even though Apollo had PU surgery, it is in his best interest to remain on a primarily wet food only diet (minimal dry) to assist in preventing any future episodes. A low stress home is ideal for him as stress is often what sets off episodes of FLUTD. He would love a feline playmate in his new home. No dogs please. <br/><br/>Apollo is about 3 years old. He is neutered, vaccinated, tested FeLV/FIV negative, and is microchipped with a lifetime registration.
