ANTHONY's Story

AGE: Senior - 15 years

DESCRIPTION: DSH - Black

LOCATION: Foster Home

MY STORY:
Anthony was adopted from us with his sister when they were just young kittens and they lived with their adopter their entire lives until unfortunately, their adopter passed away. No one in the family wanted to take the kitties and they were returned to us. Anthony's sister never recovered from their owner's death and passed away shortly after coming back. Fortunately, after some time in a foster home, Anthony got over his sadness and his outgoing and engaging purrsonality returned!

Although Anthony's actual age is 15 years, he neither looks or acts like it. This kid is outgoing and fun and can usually be found in the middle of kitty play time being every bit as active as kitties less than half his age. Granted, it may be for shorter spurts than the youngsters, but he does love to play. He also loves sitting and purring on his foster mom's lap and always has a hug for her - he actually puts his paws on each of her shoulders and pushes his head against her cheek. An Anthony hug is exactly thing a person needs after a hard day at work! He gets along great with other kitties almost immediately and would be a welcome addition to any home.

Anthony is a big boy and quite a good looking with a lush deep black coat which offsets his mesmorizing green eyes. Anthony does breathe very loudly but has a clean bill of health from the vet that there is no physical issue causing it or that he has any difficulty with breathing - he's simply a loud breather! LOL

MORE DETAILS:
Inside-only home and must keep claws. The adoption fee for this kitty is $100. Adopt a pair of kitties for $150. Each cat and kitten has been: altered (spayed/neutered), vaccinated (age-appropriate) - rabies and distemper combo, microchipped, tested for FeLV (negative unless previously noted), and treated for fleas, ear mites, and worms.

We ask that interested parties fill out a cat adoption questionnaire only if you are seriously considering adopting this sweet kitty. You can get the application by going to our website at "http://www.panorapets.com/adopt"
and clicking on the "Cat Adoption Questionnaire" button at the top of the page. Once you have submitted the questionnaire, an adoption coordinator will contact you usually within 24 hours. Please be patient and thank you for your interest in this kitty.

P.E.T.S. supports the "Paws Need Claws" Campaign. Cats are rather attached to their claws; please do not de-claw your cats.
