Hi, my name is Annapolis. I am a 6-month-old, female, black and white kitten. I'm not the first one to race into the room or climb the highest cat tree. I like to take my time. You see, I'm looking for something pretty special, a human with a patient heart. When things get loud or chaotic, you'll probably find me tucked away somewhere cozy until the world settles down. I just like knowing everything is safe before I make my grand entrance. But, once you earn my trust...that's when the magic happens. Pick me up, tell me I'm a good girl, give me a little reassurance, and my tiny purr motor starts humming before you know it. I absolutely melt for gentle attention and quiet moments with my people. I've been hanging out with lots of kittens, and they're okay... but, I think Id really love a confident big kitty sibling to show me that the vacuum isn't actually a monster and that the best nap spots are worth sharing - someone to teach me the ropes and remind me that the world isn't so scary after all. I may not be the kitten doing backflips to get your attention. I'll be the one who quietly steals your heart. So, if your home has room for a sweet little shadow who just needs someone to believe in her, I promise I'll spend every day showing you how grateful I am. My love language is gentle cuddles, soft voices, and being reminded that everything is going to be okay. I would likely prefer a calm home with older (12+) or no kids and no dog. I am spayed, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines, tested for FIV/FeLV (negative/negative), and have my microchip.
