Angel's Story

Sweet and small, this angelic girl is looking for her forever home. Angel's name describes much of her characteristics! How we picture angel wings up in the clouds, Angel's fur is soft, white and fluffy. She has a gracious, serene demeanor and an ethereal presence. But do not let that fool you as she loves to come out and play with her toys at night! Similar to most angels, you can only see her if you truly believe in her. Giving Angel love and her own space will foster a trusting environment where she can in turn come out and be herself with her family! No matter how strange a new environment may feel to her, she is always the willing to accept pets and give purrs. Once comfortable, Angel loves to play with quiet balls and to receive cheek scratches while showing off her biscuit making skills. Is your home fit for this Angel? Angel would like a quiet and stable home where she can feel safe. She will often hide if there are guests or strangers she does not recognize coming in and out of the home. **Kitten Policy** Please note: Kittens require the companionship of other kittens and the younger the kitten the more this is so. It is a developmental need. If you do not have animals at home and you only want one cat please look at kittens 6 months or older. By this time in their life we know which cats need the companionship of other animals and which ones would prefer to live without other animals. We provide an adoption service and want to match the right cat with the right home. It is against Abbey Cat policy to adopt a single kitten under the age of 6 months to a home without other young cats/kittens for company. Please bear this in mind when calling to adopt. *** Due to an unprecedented demand (especially for kittens) we regret that we are unable to respond by phone to all of the applications we are currently receiving. We are only able at this time to phone those applicants who have sent in an online adoption application, can provide a vet reference and their criteria matches what the particular cat or kittens' needs are.
