Meet Andy!<br/>Andy is a very special boy, because although he has lived a rough life until now, he is still so full of hope and love! Andy is a shy boy at first, understandably given his past, but he quickly warms up with treats and toys! Andy is a quiet guy who enjoys the finer things in life such as a good churu, pet and nice lounge area. He loves playing the “cat mouse” game on the phone and loves wand toys! He’s a curious boy. He gets along very well with other cats! Andy is special because he was found with severe eye infections, but with medication and care, he is finally recovered! Because of the nature of Andy’s eyes, he may need follow up visits periodically in his life to continue to ensure he’s doing good! (Just like any cat) he may just need additional eye drops here and there. Andy is a sweet boy ready for love and play!

Tubby Tabby Rescue's Adoption Policy

All potential adopters are required to fill out an adoption application and be screened prior to adopting a cat from Tubby Tabby. The rescue has the right to refuse adoption any time during the process if warranted. We are a foster-based animal rescue, which means we do not operate out of a traditional shelter or kennel facility. Instead, all of our cats live in private homes with loving foster families until they are adopted. This approach allows our animals to receive personalized care in a home environment, helping them adjust better and show their true personalities. Because we are not a physical shelter, we do not have a central location where all of our animals can be visited. Each foster home has its own schedule and responsibilities, and visits must be arranged in advance to respect their time and home space.
