Andie (FIV +)'s Story
Our Sweet Andie is still here! He is an estimated 6yr old Neutered male, up to date on shots, microchipped and he is FIV positive. We know he has FIV , but he still deserves a home to call his own! Did you know FIV can only be transmitted from cat to cat by a deep bite? Something you wouldn’t need to worry about with Andie. He’s a lover not a fighter! While Andie is great with other cats, he can be a little standoffish with people. Here, he will accept pets and scratches on the head/neck area and will eat a lick treat stick from you, but he may not be a “lap cat”. Andie’s personality is extremely calm and easygoing which makes every cat he meets feel safe and welcomed. We call him “The Mayor”!
