Meet Anastasia — a beautiful senior searching for her peaceful furrever home. At 17 years old, Anastasia was surrendered due to peeing outside her litter box. She previously lived in a multi-cat household where she was not getting along with the other resident cats. This stress and conflict with the other cats likely played a role in her litter box mishaps. Since Anastasia has been with us, it is clear that she loves people but not other felines. In her own space, away from other cats, she uses her litter box purrfectly!<br/><br/>Anastasia is a sweet and gentle gal who is simply looking for a peaceful, calm home where she can enjoy her remaining golden years with a loving companion by her side. Younger children would not be well suited for her, as she would be happiest in a quiet, low-stress environment. For Anastasia’s continued litter box success, she needs to be the only kitty. Anastasia requires twice-daily medication for Hyperthyroidism, which she takes with ease. This makes her eligible for our Permanent Foster Program, which means we will cover all of her medical bills for life as long as she is brought to one of our veterinarians in Maple Ridge.
