Amour's Story
Our rescues mean a lot to the vet staff and DunRoamin' volunteers. We do everything we can to find the perfect homes for these pets, who are being given a second chance at a happy life. The application process requires pre-adoption applications, references, and interviews with you and those listed on your application in order to ensure a successful placement. If you are interested in learning more about the pet listed, please complete an application at https://form.jotform.com/60793520585259 and a representative will be in touch!

**The email used for listings is not actively monitored and inquiries made through these ads will not receive a reply.

Amour came to us on February 14, 2025 from Glassville where she was a
stray who had come to a home during our recent very cold, stormy
weather. She was cold, hungry and begged for help. As no one could
take her in, she came to us.

Amour was examined by her new best vet friend at the Florenceville
Veterinary Clinic where she was found to be underweight and had fleas
and parasites. Her parasite condition was immediately treated and she
is now eating a Royal Canin diet to help her regain her physical
strength and energy. She is very happy to have regular meals and most
especially happy to have a warm bed and a heated Snuggle Safe on which
to lay.

Amour is a bit shy, but is already warming up to us and the new life she
will now experience. She will be spayed, fully vaccinated, treated for
all parasites and tested for FIV and FeLV. She will be ready and
waiting to go to a permanent, loving home by the middle of March. She
looks forward to it!!
