Amherst's Story
Amherst is a 1-year-old female who came to us from a home with too many other cats.<br/><br/>Does the spotlight make you nervous? In her old home, one year old Amherst was able to stay out of the spotlight because there were too many other cats. It means that now she's looking for a home who can give her time and love to come out of her shell and show off her magnificent tuxedo. We know she has a brave side because Amherst has warmed up more and more but in her very own home, with cat friends or even children, would see her full sweet self!<br/><br/>Amherst would do well in a home with other cats and/or kids.<br/><br/>Amherst is spayed, micro-chipped, and up to date on vaccines.<br/><br/>Adoption Fee: $175<br/><br/>If you have already submitted an application with us within the last year, you do not need to do another one, please email adoptioncounselor@mrfrs.org if you are interested in adopting Amherst.
