Amelia's Story

Meet Amelia, an incredibly sweet adult brown tabby female who is ready to find a quiet, loving home where she can be the center of your universe. This precious girl has a heart full of love for people, but her path to safety was a close call. Before coming into our care, Amelia was brought to a veterinarian to be spayed. When her routine pre-surgery bloodwork came back positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), her previous owner unfortunately chose euthanasia. Thankfully, the hospital staff couldn't bear to let such a wonderful cat go, so they called us in hopes of finding a rescue to save her life. Now safe with us, Amelia has proven to be a total darling who lives for cuddle sessions and affection. While she absolutely adores humans, she does not seem to enjoy the presence of other cats and would highly prefer to be the only feline in a peaceful, quiet environment. When she isn't snuggled up in your arms, you can find her curled up happily in soft, cozy beds, enjoying the quiet life she so truly deserves.

Her adoption fee is $75 and includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccines, preventatives and microchip ID.
