Amber's Story
Amber came to AFOBC after she was rescued from a hoarding situation. By the time she was rescued, she had already had several litters of kittens, and was more than ready to exchange a tough life outdoors for the shelter. She's at least 6 years old, but she still has a ton of spunk. Her meow will remind of of Eartha Kitt, and her purr will remind you of a helicopter. She's such a sweet girl with a great sense of comedic timing!

Amber is FIV positive, but this virus is usually only transmitted through very deep bite wounds. She can safely live with FIV negative cats.
If you are interested in adopting this wonderful cat, please go to our website at www.afobcwv.org, and click on the Adoption Application link. or, call the Shelter 304-823-2012 or 304-591-2725. Once we receive your application or call, and call your vet for a reference, we can make an appointment for you to meet him/her.
