Come meet Amara today!

Amara was born outside in a trailer park. When she was trapped, it was first thought she may be too feral to socialize so her left ear was slightly tipped in preparation for being returned outside. However it was soon obvious she was just scared and will make a wonderful indoor kitty!

Amara was born approximately June 5, 2025. She has been spayed, had her FVRCP and Rabies vaccinations, and is microchipped. Her adoption fee is $120.

We believe that kittens are happiest when they have another kitty to play with so Amara will need to be adopted with another kitten or already have a young playful cat in her new home. Amara loves her new friend Lucky Charm.

If you are interested in meeting Amara or any of the cats at Second Chance Cats of West Michigan, please go to sccatswm.org/adopt to fill out an application, or stop in during open hours on Fridays from 11-2 or Saturdays and Sundays from 11-4.

For the safety of our kittens and for children, we do not adopt kittens under six months old to a home with children under the age of 6.

Please note - we can only adopt to those who live within a one hour drive of Grand Rapids.

Thank you!
