With her striking appearance, Alyx is sure to bring joy and love into any home.<br/><br/>Her foster says, "Alyx is such a sweetheart. While she is shy, she opens up to head scratches and belly rubs once she's comfortable in an enclosed space (under a chair/table/bookshelf cubby). Over the weeks, she's gotten a lot more comfortable and is much less easily spooked. She'll follow you around and meow for food and pets. She loves Churu and string toys! Alyx is also a purring machine and will purr nonstop. She has a great appetite, drinks lots of water, and has no issues with the litter box.<br/><br/>She has settled in and its such a joy to see her progress. "She's very food motivated but takes a while to trust someone. She's happy for you to pet her and engage her in her safe space (a pop up tent in this case). Now she's being more outgoing. She'll come out of her room and see what we're doing. Especially when food is involved ! She loves a belly rub. She likes our resident cats a lot, loves sleeping on the sofa. She's a huge fan of string toys ! She is vocal at meal time and has a tiny little meow. She's takes a her toys and runs off with them, it's very funny.<br/><br/>She's thriving, even if she's on the shy side! She's very sweet and loves to be pet. She purrs like a machine, and loves string toys... this girl has a lot of love to give and we're confident she'll blossom in a home that's willing to be patient as she settles in!"<br/><br/>Alyx is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and has had preventative treatments to ensure she is ready for her next steps.<br/><br/>Submit an adoption survey from above and our team will reach out via phone or email (check spam) to schedule a counseling call.
