Alicia's Story

Alicia is a shy sweetheart who needs just a little time to feel safe-she prefers to be the one to make the first move. But once she decides you're her person? She'll curl up on you and snooze for hours, perfectly content to snuggle the day away.

Playful and curious when she's comfortable, Alicia would thrive in a home with a gentle companion-another friendly cat or even a calm, cat-savvy dog. She just needs a patient adopter who understands that her love comes quietly but deeply.

All CSHS kitties are spayed/neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, FIV/FeLV test (if not born in care), dewormed and microchipped.

If you are interested in Alicia please submit an application today!

Carver-Scott Humane Society's Adoption Policy
At the Carver Scott Humane Society, we follow an Adopter's Welcome philosophy. This means that instead of an overwhelming application process, home visits, and hoop jumping, we take a conversational approach to our adoptions. Our goal is to make adoptions possible and help you be a successful pet parent! Once an application is submitted, we take applications as "first-come, first-considered." While this does not guarantee that the first applicant will adopt the animal of their choice, it does guarantee that we will process the application all the way through before moving on to the next application in line. If you see an animal you are interested in, please apply as soon as possible! This does not obligate you to the animal in case you change your mind, but may assist in securing your place in line for that animal.
