Alfalfa's Story

Alfalfa is an adorable 8-month-old polydactyl boy (extra toes!) who came in as a stray on 5/03/25. Those big mitten paws are perfect for batting toys and giving the gentlest "hugs." He's super playful yet turns into a total lap cat the moment you sit down, and he gets along beautifully with other cats. The shelter accepts dogs and cats and is also the depository for animals that have been picked up by Gilmer County Animal Control. Appointments are necessary.
