Alfalfa's Story

I am not like those other guys. Alfalfa is a super sweet guy that was rescued as a kitten, he gets along with other cats and dogs and loves to be pet and to cuddle, but try as we might, he flat out refused to be an indoor-only cat. After years of irrational stress inside and repeated escape attempts (some successful -- following a repairman up a ladder into the attic or slipping down into the basement crawlspace) just trying to get to the great outdoors -- we finally just let him be a porch cat and he's purrfectly content and happy to stay right there. He's a wonderful hunter and quite the looker, so if you have a yard that needs patrolling in a safe area, he's your guy. 1/9/26 8:52 PM
