Alexandra's Story

Alexandra was living in a barn with her kittens and several other cats before being trapped and brought to us. Luckily they had a kind caregiver that fed them everyday. This girl slowly started to trust her foster mom and now loves pets and scritches and will rub her head on her foster mom’s hand for some head scratches. She is pretty laid back and prefers to watch from the sidelines until she gets familiar with her surrounding and people. After living for a couple of years at the barn having litter after litter of kittens she is ready to have a home of her own living the life of luxury. She loves other cats so could easily adjust to a home with other cats. <br/>Please consider adopting Alexandra into your loving home. CARMA, Fredericton Chapter's Adoption Policy
So, you've found your potential new best friend... send us an email and we'll get the ball rolling for you!  All cats and kittens available for adoption by CARMA Fredericton are treated to ensure they do not have fleas, ear mites, roundworm, tapeworms, or heartworm. They are spayed/neutered and vaccinated at Ca-R-Ma's expense. We do not sell cats or kittens; instead we request that adopters donate to our spay/neuter fund. This amount can change from time to time - please check with our volunteers for the current minimum donation. CARMA does not have a shelter but instead relies on a network of loving foster homes to help us socialize and care for adoptable cats.
