Alexandra's Story

Meet Alexandra, a beautiful sweet girl born on October 14, 2024. Alexandra faced significant hardships after being abandoned and left to fend for herself on the city streets. At just four pounds, she was severely dehydrated and suffering from a life-threatening uterine infection known as pyometra, necessitating an emergency spay. Her experiences on the city streets were harrowing, and she has endured much in her short life.

Fortunately, Alexandra has since regained her health and has put on some weight. She is now in search of her forever home. This petite girl possesses a gentle nature and, despite her challenging past, she shows a remarkable affinity for people.

Due to her difficult experiences, Alexandra would thrive best as an only cat or with one other friendly feline companion. She truly deserves a loving home where she can feel safe and cherished.

Alexandra is spayed, has age appropriate vaccinations, parasite treated, tested negative for both FeLV and FIV and microchipped.

If you would like to adopt Alexandrea please complete an online Adoption Form at our website https://feralsandkittensandcatsohmy.org/adoption-application/

Or click the about us tab on this page and continue to our Adoption Application.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
PLEASE READ BEFORE COMPLETING AN APPLICATION:

I take the time to write bios outlining the personality of each cat. To the best of my ability I determine if the cat would adjust to a household with young kids, dogs or other cats. If I feel they would not be a good match I state that in the description. Most of the cats that I rescue were abandoned and having a hard time surviving on the streets. I take them in, get them vetted/vaccinated and then let them decompress.

PLEASE DO NOT fill out an application if you have young kids or dogs where I specifically state this would NOT be a good match. I will only contact you if I feel your application will be a good fit.

1) All the cats/kittens that are up for adoption will be spayed/neutered have age appropriate vaccinations, combo tested and treated for fleas and worms and microchipped.
2) An approved application is necessary prior to a meet and greet,
3) Submitting an application does not lock you into a commitment to adopt.
4) If you would like to meet one of our cats please submit an application at https://feralsandkittensandcatsohmy.org/adoption-form/

Find us on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/carolsferalsny
