Alba's Story
Alba is a tiny, shy girl who came to us at just five months old after being rescued with her siblings from beneath an abandoned house. She spent her early months in foster care working on socialization, but is now living at our rescue and still learning to trust people. Now about a year old, Alba hasn’t yet learned to accept human touch and will need a very patient, experienced adopter who understands that she may never become a lap cat.

Alba would do best in a calm, quiet home without children. While she’s wary of people, she adores other cats—she’s often found cuddling, napping beside, or quietly following her feline companions. Because of this, we’re hoping to place her in a peaceful multi-cat household where she can continue to feel safe and connected.

Given her ongoing fear of people, Alba may also be a good candidate for a safe barn home or a secure indoor/outdoor setup, where she can live more independently while still receiving care and support. She’d thrive in a setting where she can coexist with other cats and feel safe, even if human interaction remains minimal.
