Ita so hard to talk about- as it makes me sad and honestly I’m still a bit scared. It’s so tough for a young girl like me, you see I was found outdoors at only one year, dumped near a feral colony and trying to learn how to fend for myself… and it was terrifying I was scared to death I’d get hit by a car, or starve to death or get chased and attacked.. <br/><br/>Hi I’m Alana and I am a beautiful black female, about one year old. <br/><br/>At the colony we had a real nice lady come around to feed us daily, and I did let her pet my head, but now I’m back to being scared and afraid of humans and touch. I just need time and patience to learn to open up and trust, and I’m not quite there yet..but please don’t give up on me. <br/><br/>I’m all spayed and up to date and would love a very quiet adult only home, so I can take my time and decompress and blossom. <br/><br/>I want to be friendly and loving but it’s going to take time for me to adjust and come around- so please give me lots of time and patience and love. <br/><br/>Right now because I’m so scared and I haven’t learned to trust humans - I can come across as hissy and unapproachable- but I know that I can change- I want to change. It sure would be nice some day to get and receive love- so please don’t give up on me! It’s not my fault my life started out this way- but you can help me to be a trusting and loving girl in time . I so long to be able to open up and trust and be the lovable self. I know I can be, I just need to get over my fear. Please give me a chance. <br/><br/>OK Alana, our turn!
