Ahab Kitten's Story

Ahab and sister Dolly are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. Ahab is a sweet boy who loves to play and eat! He can't wait for mealtime and will eagerly watch you open his canned food--sometimes even helping himself before his sisters can get to the dish. Ahab plays happily with all the ladies in his litter but is especially fond of Dolly. While he's not quite a snuggler yet, he enjoys being petted and will sit close to you to soak up the attention. Ahab is endlessly entertaining to watch, especially when curtains are involved--he loves popping out to surprise his sister Dolly.

Tails of Hope Cat Rescue of Eastern PA's Adoption Policy

Once cats/kittens are ready for adoption we post to Adopt A Pet and Petfinder. We receive applications and have several people process them. We utilize Facebook to make sure they applicant is viable. We locate their address and make sure their home is suitable for cats/kittens. We do vet checks and call at least 2 references. If they rent, we call the landlord to ensure they are allowed cats and how many as well as their policy.

Our Mission

We provide safe and loving fosters home for cats in need. Our goal is to help them heal and thrive until they're ready for adoption. We don't have a mission that is 250 characters.
