Adventurous Tigress's Story
Meet Adventurous Tigress!

Tigress is one of those kittens who doesn't just live in your house—she wants to be part of everything happening in it.

This curious little tabby loves to follow her foster family from room to room, watching carefully to see what everyone is doing. Working on a laptop? She's supervising. Making the bed? She's checking your technique. Head into another room? Don't worry—Tigress will probably be right behind you.

She's playful and adventurous, but there's a wonderful gentleness about her, too. Tigress plays nicely with her people and never uses her claws to scratch or hurt them. She loves attention, happily accepts being picked up, and when she's ready for a break from exploring, she's been known to curl right up and fall asleep in her foster's lap.

Tigress is also one brave little girl. Things that send many kittens running for cover barely faze her—even the vacuum and blender don't scare her! She's confident about meeting new friends and does wonderfully with other playful cats, cat-friendly dogs, and kids.

Tigress is the perfect combination of curious, confident, gentle, affectionate, and just a little bit nosy. She wants to know what you're doing, where you're going, and whether her assistance might be required.

If you'd love a sweet little shadow who will follow you through the house, make you laugh, join in on whatever you're doing, and then curl up in your lap when the day's adventures are over, Adventurous Tigress is ready to report for duty.

Everybody loves kittens, and it's easy to see why! Kittens four months old or younger are only adopted out in pairs or to homes that already have a friendly, playful resident cat. Young kittens simply do not thrive in isolation, and we do not make exceptions. If you're looking for a single cat, please look to our older kittens, teens, or adults. They're wonderful companions and fully ready to be your one-and-only.

All of the Sweet Paws animals are loved a great deal by their rescuers, fosters, and the volunteers who've cared for them along the way. Your kitten will be up to date on appropriate vaccinations by adoption day, but please keep in mind that kittens require multiple routine vet visits throughout the course of their first year. Sweet Paws is staffed by volunteers, and processing applications is time intensive; therefore, we ask that you only submit an application if you are fully committed to adopting.
