She purrs when picked up and held, even when carried across the house.<br/><br/>O Ade wants her own lap. She loves to snuggle on laps, but she’s tired of her brother bouncing on her to wrestle just as she’s gotten really comfortable and started purring.<br/><br/>O You can pick Ade up, put her in your lap, and she’ll stay and cuddle.<br/><br/>Extra playful<br/><br/>O Ade loves to play with her siblings, by herself, and with people. She likes to play chase and wrestle, but not with cats who are too much larger than she is. She loves to chase balls and mice. Ade also adores playing with people with teasers or chasing the red dot of a laser pointer. She’ll follow it right up a wall.<br/><br/>O Ade is so interested in playing that she figured out how to climb up on top of a five and a half foot bookcase to get her favorite feather teaser, stored there so she couldn’t eat it. When the beloved teaser was moved into a drawer, she figured out how to pull open the drawer to get it out.<br/><br/>O Like all her litter, Ade loves to chase tails. She’s not picky. She’ll go after her own tail or another cat’s. Her litter is pretty tolerant of this, but she’s also used to other cats who say ‘No! You may not play with my tail.’ Mind you, she keeps periodically trying if the other cat has a beautiful tail.<br/><br/>Very distinctive<br/><br/>O Ade is tabby and white, which isn’t particularly distinctive, but she’s spotted, which is unusual and striking.<br/><br/>O Ade is small. She’ll probably stay small, likely only 8-10 pounds when fully grown.<br/><br/>Loves other cats<br/><br/>O Ade adores other cats. She runs up to them, rubs her head against theirs, and licks their ears. She likes to snuggle with other cats.<br/><br/>O Because she was born into a feral cat colony, her first weeks were with other cats only. She’s very good with other cats.<br/><br/>O Ade will back off if larger cats hiss at her, perhaps because she’s bitten their tail, then try again to befriend them.<br/><br/>Past<br/><br/>O Ade was brought into his foster’s garage by her mother when she was around four weeks old. She was brought into her foster’s house with her mom when she was five weeks old and separated from her mom when she was six weeks old because her mother is a feral who doesn’t like people. Because Ade has been around people since she was small, Ade firmly believes that people are good, though she is often shy with strangers at first, unless they have her favorite treat. That’s because her foster’s house is small and Ade doesn’t have experience with many strangers.<br/><br/>Not a Solo cat<br/><br/>O Ade has never been alone without other cats around except for a few minutes when she’s been moved from room to room. She doesn’t like being alone without other cats. Ade would love to be adopted with her brother Lanva, but she’d be fine with another cat.
