Description: We’re not really sure about Addy’s past as someone just left her on a Good Samaritan’s porch in a tote with no note or explanation so we stepped in to find her a home. We think she’s about 2 years old and besides that adorable photogenic face she’s super sweet and cuddly as well! She’ll follow you everywhere but still isn’t a fan of being picked up and held but that’s ok because she’ll crawl up on your lap and cuddle with you all day long there! Addy has been around other cats and has had some exposure to children and has done ok but will need a slow introduction and some time and private space to adjust to a new home as most adult cats do.

Addy had some hair loss issues on her legs and belly when we first got her but that appears to be under control now and she’s not currently losing fur, it’s actually growing back! We just aren’t sure of it was from stress, a food intolerance, or an infection but regardless she’s on the mend!

UTD on vaccinations for her age, tested negative for Feline leukemia and FIV, and wormed. If not yet spayed/neutered, we will refund $25 of your adoption fee with proof of surgery within 6 months of adoption.

All of our pets are in a foster home where they receive one-on-one attention, care and training. After they are spayed/neutered, room permitting, they will be able to go to the local PetSmart adoption center.

PLEASE NOTE: We welcome out of state adopters (there is an additional fee of $20 for a veterinary health certificate) but we DO NOT SHIP our animals, they must be picked up in Kirksville, Missouri.
