Addie (Bonded to Stella)

Addie (tortie) and Stella are a bonded pair. (See Stella's post for pictures of her.) Addie loves to lounge in windowsills and watch the outside world. She loves to wander around but is always surprised to see humans in her path. Addie is happiest watching squirrels and people go by outside. These two sweet cats are very close and both have strong personalities. They're both quiet cats, and we've noticed Addie will only meow when Stella is asleep because Addie wants to play with her. Both are very playful - they love to attack carpets and blankets, play with strings, and run around with the zoomies (when they think you're not looking). They're both shy around humans, and particularly nervous around hands, though if a treat is offered they become much more confident. Because they're shyer cats, they'd benefit from a calm environment, where they can have the space to feel safe and adjust over time to their human companions. So far, they haven't shown much interest in being pet, but they will play with you and they love squeezy tube treats! They are very self-sufficient, and don't mind when their human is gone for a while. They would also love a home with nice windows for them to look out of.
