You may fill out and turn in an application in person at the shelter or fill out an online pdf application using the following link: https://www.smallmiraclesrescue.org/adopt.shtml<br/><br/>The completed online application should be emailed to smpetfinder@gmail.com<br/><br/>All applications in person or online must be filled out completely to be considered for review. While some applicants have had no trouble using the online application, others have been experiencing glitches in the online application. If this occurs, then please print the application and fill it out completely. Then take pictures of it, front and back, and email the pictures to smpetfinder@gmail.com. We are currently working on updating our website. Thank you for your patience. <br/><br/>Before going home, all cats at Small Miracles will have received: flea medication, dewormer medication, a fecal sample analyzed, blood tests for FELV/FIV and spayed or neutered, general wellness exam by our veterinarian, microchipped and registered by us, and age-appropriate core vaccines (distemper and rabies). <br/><br/>Small Miracles is a private, nonprofit shelter with 501(c)(3) status. We rely on adoption fees and donations to fund operations.<br/><br/>Adoption fees are as follows and include all of the previously mentioned:<br/>Adult cat: $140<br/>Single kitten: $195<br/>Pair of kittens: $380<br/><br/>We look forward to matching you with your newest family member!
