Ace's Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.
Ace is a handsome, Domestic Short Hair Tabby male. His birthday is September 19, 20225. This sweet boy has only one birthday wish - to be chosen and adopted.

Ace had been initially placed in a foster home where he had a wonderful connection, but was moved to another when deployment duty called. Ace has been brave at adapting as he met new foster humans and new kitten friends these last months. He enjoys the company of other cats. Ace is the good groomer of two smaller kittens; he's quite patient with them. When sleeping in a bed, he lets the kittens climb on top of him. Ace is the best "manny" taking care of the kittens.

When he first arrived at his current foster home, he was really savvy at playing hide & seek with his human until he knew he was in a safe place. Now he is out and about, enjoying life! Ace is a content, independent cat who likes to be on the top of the cat tree, inside a tunnel, sitting in a sunbeam, or up in the window to watch the world.

Ace really likes to be petted, especially his cheeks. This cat is a bit shy, I think because he has had a few foster placements, but very curious about people and will come close to his foster mom for pets, breakfast or treats! He is not a lap kitten yet, but with a safe and patient owner, he will become a trusting, lovely companion. Please contact us for more details or videos of Ace.

Ace has been in a loving and safe foster home partnered with Friends For Life Animal Rescue. All kittens have been fixed, microchipped, tested for FIV and Feline Leukemia, are up to date on their vaccinations and, per our policy, have been treated for potential ear mites, worms and fleas.

If you think you have room in your heart and home for this adorable kitten, please contact Laura at 540-272-3506.
All available animals are spayed or neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations, and treated for fleas, worms, and ear mites. All cats/kittens are tested for feline leukemia and feline AIDS. Some cats have been vaccinated for rabies. Adoption fees are cash or check only.
