Absolute Unit's Story
Our rescue is based out of Pikesville, Maryland! We typically do not adopt more than 45 minutes away from Pikesville, so please bear that in mind!

____________

Introducing Absolute Unit. Strange name for a kitten, you say?

Absolute was rescued along with a litter comprised of Dollbaby, Sugarcane, Bouquet, and Tippy, but it was immediately obvious that he was not their littermate because he was 30% larger than they were. He is thought to be about two weeks older than that litter (having a birth date of mid to late April) and was either adopted or kidnapped by the mama kitty.

As he was older than the rest of the group at the time of rescue, Absolute has had more of a challenge with socialization, but has come a long way, enjoying pets and human attention, though he spooks easily. He requires a patient, understanding, quiet, and experienced home, preferably with one of his "siblings" or another kitty friend to play with.

Absolute enjoys snuggling next to his foster mom in bed, and as a kitten, of course he also loves play!

Please consider adopting Absolute Unit with one of his siblings or a friend! Single-kitten adoptions are possible when there are other playful and cat-friendly cats in the home. Learn more about the reason why we don't adopt kittens out alone by looking up "Single Kitten Syndrome."

Considering a pair? **Adopt shy sister Tippy for free when adopting Absolute or one of their other sibs!**

This litter is in a foster home in Annapolis.

________________

Needs Must Cats will have received full vetting including spay or neuter, testing for feline diseases, microchip, age-appropriate vaccines, and treatment for parasites by time of adoption. The adoption fee in the amount below helps us assist more cats and kittens in urgent need. These fees do not even begin to cover our expenses so please consider making an additional donate to support our life-saving efforts!

ADOPTION FEES:
Special Needs or Barn Cat - Donation
Adult Cat / Kitten over 6 months - $90 (Pair: $155)
Kitten under 6 months - $175
Pair of Kittens - $300

Please feel free to contact us by email with any questions, or submit your application here: http://www.needsmust.org/adopt
