Abe's Story

For inquiries contact jean@staf.org. Information and application are at www.staf.org.
Abe is a handsome black-and-white patched cat who’s ready to become an important part of someone’s world. With his silly personality and curious nature, he’s truly one-of-a-kind.
Abe came to us from a hoarding situation, but since arriving and settling into one of our large cat rooms with his kitty friends, he has really come out of his shell. These days, he happily seeks out our volunteers, asking for pets and playtime whenever he gets the chance. When it’s time for canned food or when a volunteer walks in, Abe is often the first to come running to the door to see what’s happening. He loves being involved in the daily activity and enjoys being right in the middle of the action. His playful curiosity and desire to connect make him a joy to be around.
Abe would do best in a home with other animals, as long as introductions happen at a pace that allows him to build confidence and feel comfortable. Once he settles in, he will truly flourish and become a loyal companion who keeps you company throughout the day. If you’re looking for a fun-loving cat who’s ready for his next adventure, Abe will be an absolute treat to welcome into your home!
DOB Dec. 2022
Cat adoption information and application can be found at www.staf.org.
All cats and kittens have been vet-checked, spayed/neutered, and are up-to-date on vaccinations. Adoption fee includes carrier, scratching pad, starter pack of food and litter, and toy. We prefer kittens be adopted in pairs. We offer free advice anytime about your adopted cat. If, for any reason, it doesn't work out, we will take the cat back, anytime in the future. Potential adopters must be interviewed in person, at the shelter, and live within 150 miles of Cincinnati. We will ask you to return to the shelter for a second visit to be sure of your decision. Sorry, we do not ship our cats or kittens! Please email Jean at jean@staf.org for more info. on adopting!
