Uno

The city is full of adventures, and one day Uno decided he would try taking the subway train! His flock mates were not so sure about this idea, as the train was big and fast. They followed Uno down to the platform mostly to look for some lunch, but also to try talking Uno out of this idea. As the train approached, Uno decided that he would get aboard- but it came so fast and before he knew what happened, he was thrown across the tracks and onto the other platform. In a flurry he had made it to safety, but he looked down and realized one of his feet wasn’t so lucky. As Uno hopped along, the other pigeons stayed with him until a nice commuter came along. The other pigeons lead her to Uno, who was laying down in exhaustion from hopping on his remaining foot. Uno was taken to get his wounds treated, and he recovered quickly thanks to his strong spirit! He is a brave lady who is looking forward to his next adventure in a forever home!
