Stevie's Story

Stevie isa DNA-Sexed Male Ringneck Dove. We are unsure of his age and passed history. Stevie came to CARE after his owner passed away. We noticed quickly that he was almost completely blind. He is eating very well and we have a special set up for him so he's not able to fall. He has been thoroughly vet checked. Doves make excellent pets for calm children and the elderly because they do not bite. Their cooing is quite soothing. People think that doves do not play with toys but they do! Stevie's adoption fee is $25. If you are interested in adoption, please go to www.centerforanimalrehab.org, read our Adoption Polices and fill out the Adoption Application. Once your application is approved, we will set up a meet and greet with you/your family. We are located in Waukesha, WI and do not ship. All adopters must live within a 100 mile radius. We do not adopt birds to households that have the opposite gender birds.
