Are you a female who is searching for the absolute perfect companion (with maybe a few quirks here and there)? Skye is definitely your bird! At 38 years old, this bird is goofy, loving, and ready to entertain at a moment's notice. Skye was transferred to us from another rescue after his owner was moved to a retirement home, so his full history is not entirely clear. For some birds, not having access to any personality or medical history can pose a challenge...but not for Skye! He is happy to let us know what he likes, loves, and...hates. Repeatedly, Skye has shown a clear preference for women and does not tolerate men, having attacked them in previous settings, so he will need to be adopted into a home with a female caretaker and, preferably, no small children. However, if you are a woman...lucky you! Skye is a darling companion who loves to cuddle with his foster mom, dance, and basically show off to anyone who is watching him (even men, unless they get too close). This affectionate bird has lots of love to give and can't wait to find his forever home! Because of his noise levels, he will need to be adopted into a home without shared walls. Adoption fee: $450
