Shirley was transferred to us from another animal shelter so we know nothing of her history. There she was deemed “unadoptable” due to her feather destructive behavior. Shirley has proven to the staff at The Gabriel Foundation that she is a wonderful bird and a perfect candidate for adoption. She thrives on human attention and will put on a show to catch your eye. Shirley is one of our nicest, most enjoyable Quakers and will certainly make a nice companion for someone.
