Hi! I'm Romeo, a 4-year-old male cockatiel. I am a sweet bird who can't wait to find my forever home!<br/><br/>I am very independent, and I prefer to come to you, rather than you come to me. If you do try, I will run away and make it difficult to catch me. I do like to hang out near you, and my favorite spot is on top of your head! I love to be out of my cage but sometimes its hard to catch me if I dont feel like going back inside. I stay out most of the day except when Im hungry and bed time. Unfortunately, I do not like to be pet or held and would do best in a home with other birds. But not in the same cage.<br/><br/>I can be very loud at times so a condo/townhouse or apartment will not work for me.<br/><br/>My diet right now is Zupreem Naturals. My foster mom tries to get me to eat chop but I dont like it.<br/><br/>If you are looking for a sweet little guy to keep you company, who isn't too high maintenance, I just may be the perfect bird for you!
