Their story: Miss Roscoe’s first mom passed away about 7 years ago. She passed onto her son but he was not able to keep up with her care. Roscoe is a friendly Congo African Grey who still has a lot of young energy to burn off! She is looking for a family to hang out with, watch tv, maybe chew on a toy and eat some yummy chop with.
