He prefers to eat while perched, sometimes balancing adorably on one foot while holding his food with the other—or even taking food gently from your hand.<br/><br/>Melo has a wonderfully calm and friendly demeanor and is not nippy. He truly loves being around people and will happily sit right beside you just to share your company. He enjoys spending time outside his enclosure, where he likes to explore and greet the parakeets in the bird room.
