MARLEY's Story

My friends describe me as: Communicative, friendly and curious Meet Marley! (Blueish/green) Marley and Coconut came to us as a owner surrender through no fault of thier own. Marley is a little more outgoing and affectionate. He will talk with you and perch on your finger, he will also come up to you for light rubs on his chest. Both of these birds love to talk and share thier beautiful songs with you. If you are interested in Marley and Coconut please call or stop by our Brewster location. Marley is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been spayed/neutered, microchipped and seen by our vet team. For more information on Marley or any other animal currently residing at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, please call us at 617-426-9170. We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements.

Animal Rescue League of Boston's Adoption Policy

We require the following as part of the adoption process: - We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirement. - Adopter must be 18 years of age or older - A photo of the cage your pet will live in, if adopting a small animal or bird - Adopters are responsible for bringing their own travel carrier to bring home all adopted cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, ferrets, chinchillas, and other small animals or birds of a larger size. All ARL Animal Care & Adoption centers offer new travel carriers for sale ($35 – $40 depending on size), along with gently used carriers, as supplies last ($10).
