Luna and Sprout

Hi! We're Sprout and Luna, a bonded pair of 4-year-old parakeets looking for a forever home together! <br/><br/>We're a sweet duo with very different personalities. Luna (grey) is the brave one. She's always the first to investigate something new and is highly motivated by snacks. In fact, our foster family thinks she may be the easier one to convince to step up with a little patience and the right treat!<br/><br/>Sprout (green) prefers to let Luna do the quality control before deciding if something is safe. Every team needs a cautious member, right?<br/>One thing we both agree on? Shredding toys is serious business. Give us paper, palm, or anything we can destroy, and we'll happily get to work. We also enjoy each other's company, though we occasionally have little disagreements. Nothing major, just the normal roommate debates about perch space and who gets the best seat at dinner.<br/><br/>We currently eat Roudybush crumbles and a healthy seed mix. Our foster family also offers fresh vegetables every day. We haven't quite figured out why everyone gets so excited about veggies yet, but we're keeping an open mind.<br/><br/>We're beautiful singers and enjoy chatting with each other throughout the day, but we're generally a quiet pair. Our foster home has other birds and dogs, and we're completely unfazed by barking dogs. We also enjoy being around other birds and listening to what everyone else is up to.<br/><br/>If you're looking for a sweet, entertaining pair that will fill your home with gentle chirps, occasional comedy, and plenty of shredding, we just might be the perfect match for you.
