She will climb out of the cage when door is open and go back in when she is ready. Her biggest issue is she does not like to be handled.<br/>Why are you needing to rehome your bird? I am recently retired and my husband and I have started traveling. I don't feel it is fair to Lucy to keep boarding her, even though the place I use is nice. In addition, my mother in law's health has deteriorated and may need to move in with us. I notice I spend less and less time with her. <br/>Provide us with any additional information that may help a candidate show interest in your bird. Lucy should be rehomed with an experienced bird person, who is patient and can work with her to become more friendly to human touch. And can accept the situation, if Lucy never allows human touch.
