Lorato's Story
Meet Lesedi & Lorato - a bonded pair of lovebirds looking for their forever home together!

Lesedi and Lorato are two gentle souls who find their greatest comfort in each other's company. You'll often spot them cuddled up, chattering softly, or sharing a snack side by side. While they are not hand tame yet, they are curious about the world around them and enjoy being spoken to. Their sweet chirps and chitters are usually soft and soothing, with bursts of excited chatter when something catches their attention.

Both birds are strong, active flyers and love the freedom of a spacious cage. They're still a little hesitant to come out, but with time and patience they may learn to be more confident. For now, their favorite spot is their rope perch, although they often choose to hang off the side of the cage to sleep, despite having plenty of perches available.

Lesedi and Lorato would do well in many home environments since they're relatively quiet, easy to care for, and very bonded to one another. They will thrive with a patient family willing to meet them where they are, whether that means simply enjoying their sweet companionship as they are, or slowly working with them to build more trust.

If you're looking for a pair of low-key, affectionate little companions who bring double the joy, Lesedi and Lorato are ready to fly home together.
Adoption Fee: $120 for both birds
