Even though he was abandoned and experienced so much uncertainty, he still loves people! <br/><br/>Jeffrey is available for adoption into a safe home where he will be provided with adequate shelter, predator protection, and veterinary care. Please note that farms that participate in animal agriculture and breeding homes of any kind will not be considered.
