(You can select more then 1) <br/>Other Birds<br/>Tell us if your bird has any behavior issues? He’s lovable but a little unpredictable. He LOVES head and neck scratches. He used to try to nip at my fingers. But that hasn’t happened in a long time. I used to live in the city and used to leave the bird cage open for him. He used to come out willingly and fly around the apartment. Since we moved to the house he never came out of the cage. Not sure why. I leave the door open for him to come out on his own terms but he doesn’t.<br/>He does love attention tho. He may need a little training to be better hand tamed. I still have to approach him slowly to get him on my hand. He may not be suitable for family’s with children unless the children are older. He had a history of trying to nip my fingers.<br/>Why are you needing to rehome your bird? Our parents live in Europe. They are getting older and we will be traveling more often to see them. We don’t have close friends near by to watch him and to take him back and forth from the sitter not only will it be costly. But it’s not fair to him moving him around so much.<br/>Provide us with any additional information that may help a candidate show interest in your bird. Hector is very lovable and he loves attention! He loves head scratches and a lot of treats.
