Heart and Soul Parrot Rescue's Adoption Policy
You must fill out an application to be considered . You must take a 2 hr class in order to adopt from us. This is Mandatory and not negotiable. You must be willing to have a home check done and do meet & greet with birds. Also you must live within 1 1/2-2 hours of Pittsburgh. We want to get to know you and your personality in order to match you with a companion bird.
